Tarot Minor Arcana

The Minor Arcana (minor secrets) cards reflect the practical aspects of our daily lives, such as small-scale ventures, everyday relationships, and so on. The Minor Arcana cards are no less critical than the Major Arcana cards because wholesome living is both worldly and spiritual. The intricacies of our daily lives are a distinct reflection of the path our souls are on.

The Minor Arcana is divided into four suits, each with fourteen cards: the suit of Pentacles, the suit of Cups, the suit of Wands, and the suit of Swords. Each suit is numbered from one (Ace) to ten, with four Court Cards (Page, Knight, Queen, and King) in between. In that way, they’re identical to standard playing cards, except with one extra card.

Each suit is linked to a specific feature (earth, water, fire, and air). Some occultists believe that each suit represents a chakra and that each chakra represents the life lessons associated with it. The numbers on the cards, according to numerologists, are indicative of their meanings. We assume that all of these connections are true, as the deck is full of magical connections.

The Minor Arcana consists of 56 Tarot cards; click on any of them to learn more about their meanings.

The suit of Wands is linked to the fire aspect, while the suit of Clubs is linked to spring and the third chakra (also known as the solar plexus chakra). As a result, the wand cards seem to represent our fiery passions in life – the goals we want to achieve, the projects we want to work on, our job, and our strong interests, such as social and political activities.

These cards reveal whether we can make and stick to plans. They demonstrate how we react to challenges, whether we give up too easily or retain our resilience. They demonstrate our link to long-term action.

We lack trust when we are out of balance in this environment. We believe that the universe is conspiring against us. People are self-centred. Our leadership abilities must be enhanced, and we must rediscover our inner strength and determination. The wand cards are incredibly accurate in providing such information.

The wands are a formidable weapon. Each wand card has the power to alter the course of a reading, either for the better or for the worse. In one-card readings, they’re just as strong.

The water component, the suit of hearts, summer, and the second chakra (also known as the sacral chakra) are all associated with the suit of Cups. As a result, the cup cards seem to represent our emotional state and how we relate to ourselves, as well as to others and the world around us.

The cup cards reveal how much fun, love, friendliness, and sensuality we have in our lives. They’re mostly relationship cards, and they can reflect how we feel about a specific relationship, past or current, or how we interact with the people in our lives, even that special person.

We lack self-confidence, hide our feelings, and avoid closeness when we are out of balance in this environment. We might even quit. Cup cards help us better understand ourselves and lead us to the answers our hearts want.

Cup cards contain a wealth of imagery and symbolism, as well as past influences, current circumstances, and clues about the future. Many of them have multiple meanings, just like our shifting feelings, but a very few, such as the Queen of Cups, are unmistakably strong in what they express.

The element of air, the suit of spades, autumn, and the fourth chakra (also known as the heart chakra) are all associated with the Swords. Although most people believe that the heart chakra is just about love, it actually serves a much more important purpose: it connects our spiritual and physical realities. The heart chakra serves as a connection between our mental states, such as how calm and clear our minds are, and our ability to live peacefully in the world.

The element of air has a direct link to our minds and thoughts. Since our minds are so intricate, with so many complexities and shifts, the suit of Swords necessitates the sharpest psychic sense to interpret the situation. Sword cards are hard to understand.

Negativity, hopelessness, mood swings, lack of interest, and a host of other unpleasant emotions are fuelled by our skewed yet habitual thought processes when we are out of control in this environment. While the majority of the cards in the Swords suit seem bleak at first glance, their deeper meanings and secret optimistic messages will astound you.

The Pentacles suit is linked to the earth element, the diamond suit, winter, and the first chakra (also known as the root chakra). As a result, the pentacle cards often depict our most basic needs, such as food, water, shelter, comfort, rest, breathing, sleep, homeostasis, and basic protection and safety.

These cards depict how much wealth we have in our lives. They show whether we are exposed to the universe’s hospitality emotionally or not. They give us a 360-degree view of our ability to meet our most basic human needs, as well as the whys and hows.

Anxiety, insecurity, poor decision-making, and exaggerated isolation from the world are all symptoms of being out of control in this environment. The pentacles assist us in better understanding the situation and guiding us to the answers we need.

Despite the fact that the pentacles are the worldliest of all the suits, they use deep mystical imagery just as much as the others. Although the meaning of each card varies depending on the other cards in the spread, the majority of pentacle cards have very simple and precise meanings in the Minor Arcana.
