Share the contact details provided by you with the service provider or agent or representative available on or through the Site/App who may be in a position to sufficiently answer or respond to your query, including but not limited to third party service provider;

The Site/App and the other service providers/affiliates/agents on the Site/App shall only use the information provided by you above, for the purpose of ensuring complete provision of Services to you and for the purpose of appropriately responding to your query/question/request/concern.

We understand that your contact details are important to you, and we shall bind the service providers/agents/affiliates that we share your contact details with, with the same level of protection as required under the applicable laws.

These third-party service providers have access to personal information (including your name, address, email address, or telephone number) about your visits to the Platform and Third-Party Websites, needed to perform their functions, and as per our contracts with them, they are not permitted to use it for other purposes;
store information in locations outside the direct control of the Company (for instance, on servers or databases co-located with hosting providers) and your use of the Site/App shall constitute consent for the same;
disclose your information, to any of the Company’s related or group companies including but not limited to, the Company’s subsidiaries or ultimate holding company and its subsidiaries, as the case may be and your use of the Site/App shall constitute consent for the same;

The Company does not collect any payment information. This is solely handled by our payment gateway partner, which is a 128-bit Verisign-secured site. Clients may also, by sending an e-mail on contact@ganeshaspeaks.com with Unsubscribe written in the subject line, discontinue receiving daily or weekly horoscopes by e-mail.
It needs to be noted here that such information may also be stored on other databases, and we may not always be able to ensure that these changes or deletions will reach those other databases. As for our database, we assure that all reasonable efforts will be made to correct or delete the information.
