Currently ranked at World’s No. 7. Rafael Nadal Parera or Rafa, as he is fondly called, is a Spanish professional lawn tennis player of great repute and fame. Widely regarded as the greatest clay court player in tennis history, Rafa is also nicknamed the ‘King of Clay’ for the same reason.

Nadal, who bagged his first Grand Slam title in 2005, has, as of now, won 14 Grand Slam titles, an Olympic Gold medal, a record 27 titles in ATP World Tour Masters 1000 and 15 ATP World Tour 500 tournaments. After winning the 2014 French Open Tournament, Nadal became the only male player to have won a single Grand Slam title 9 times! He also held the record for most consecutive titles won at a particular tournament, after he won his eighth straight Monte Carlo Rolex Masters in 2012.

On his 29th birthday, one of the greatest tennis players of all time, Rafael Nadal shall play in a face off Quarter Finals match against current No. 1 Novak Djokovic in 2015 Roland Garros French Open Tennis Tournament. Lately said to have suffered in his fitness and form, Nadal is still hopeful, and recently said that securing a ’10th’ in French Open may be extremely difficult, but not impossible.

Will he; won’t he? And, what about his future? Ganesha predicts the way ahead on Rafa’s birthday –

Rafael Nadal

Rafael Nadal is currently under the influence of Sun major period and sub period of Venus, which is the last sub period under his Sun major period. Astrologically, any last sub period within any major period is called as the ‘Dasha Chhidr’ (in Sanskrit language). Generally, people tend to face challenges/difficulties, during such a period.

Currently, Nadal is also passing through his Saturn return phase. Saturn is Natally retrograde in his Chart and till 1st August 2015, even the transiting Saturn will remain retrograde.

In view of the same, Ganesha strongly feels that Nadal will keep facing challenges at his career and personal front. Incidentally, he is already facing health issues. Ganesha also feels that, in view of these planetary positions, Nadal will have to work really hard to remain on the top. And, this seems quite difficult, given the adverse planetary transits and Dahsa Bhuktis in force in his Chart – at present

French Open Tennis Tournament 2015
In the current French Open Tournament, Nadal will have to try too hard to make it to the finals, as again the adverse planetary positions are going to give him a hard time.

Ray of Hope
With the transiting Jupiter’s entry in Leo on 14th July 2015, though, we may see some improvement in Nadal’s performance, because the transiting Jupiter will be aspecting his Natal Jupiter placed in his 5th House of performance; plus it will be aspecting his Natal Moon.

Turning Point
The Moon major period starting 11th December 2015 may also bring about a major turning point in Nadal’s career, as the Moon is the 10th House Lord in Nadal’s Chart, and it is afflicted by Rahu in the 7th House of his Chart.

May Lord Ganesha bless this splendid player. Ganesha wishes a Happy Birthday to him, and wishes well for him.
